Progressive press, multi-forming, assembly, springs, sheet metal, and machining — across small batches and high-volume production.
Progressive press
Parts produced by feeding coil stock into a single die at a fixed pitch, executing multiple operations in one die. Suited to high-volume parts and shapes that require many process steps. Existing sheet-metal or single-stroke press parts can benefit from switching to progressive press as volumes grow.
Multi-forming
Parts produced on multi-forming machines, where (1) the stamping section handles piercing and outline cutting, and (2) the forming section bends with forming tools. Because the material width can equal the product width, material loss is minimised. Ideal for complex bending geometries.
Assembly
We combine press parts, machined parts, springs, screws, nuts, rivets and more — by hand, with assembly jigs, welding, or staking — and deliver finished assemblies. Jig design, jig fabrication, and process design are handled in-house, so we can propose the most efficient assembly route.
Springs
Compression, extension, torsion — every kind of spring, from one-offs to mass production. We can quote and design from a sample or sketch (hand-drawn is fine).
Sheet metal
Parts produced from sheet stock with laser cutting, turret punching, and brake press bending. Most shapes can be made without simple tooling or fixtures, keeping initial costs low. Best for small batches, infrequent runs, and parts without complex bending. We also handle assemblies that need welding, staking, or other secondary processes.
Machining
Parts machined on lathes, machining centres, and milling machines — in metal and resin. Round or square, large or small, one-off or mass-produced — we'll work with you.
